Meet The Dentist
Dr. Antani was inspired by his mother, who has been in the dental field for more than 20 years, and he knew at the age of 12 that dentistry was his calling. After completing a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Antani matriculated and graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and subsequently completed a one year hospital-based general practice residency. Winning the coveted New York Academy of Dentistry Ethics Award has been one of the highlights of his career. Dr. Kartik Antani excels in root canals and other complex procedures. Few dental practices offer the range of services that our office does, including dental implant placements. Our office even offers a comprehensive cosmetic treatment called a Smile Makeover that combines multiple cosmetic procedures to deliver drastic results.

Napa Family Dental offers a savings plan for families who lack insurance. For only $200 a year, individuals can enjoy free twice-a-year cleanings. Any exams or x-rays that are taken during these visits are also included. If you do require further treatment, the Napa Platinum Club offers a 20% discount on all services. Dr. Kartik Antani, a transplant to New Mexico, is a practicing dentist of Napa Family Dental. He believes a true professional is someone who responds to their surrounding community and culture beyond their job or career. Dr. Antani provides services in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Los Lunas through a combination of dental and community services. In June 2018, he helped organize an open house at Napa Family Dental to raise awareness of oral health care and children’s literacy, as a partnership with the Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and New Mexico United. Dr. Antani also works with public assistance programs to provide dental treatments for community members in need. Earlier in his career, Dr. Antani joined a dental mission trip to Mexico where the group provided dental implants to those in need, free of charge. He considers this one of his greatest professional achievements, as well as a personal one to him.
How do you hope to help influence New Mexico’s future?
My goal for the future of New Mexico is to help promote safe, comfortable and affordable dentistry. New Mexico has some amazing dental health providers, but as a whole, it is still under served. Residents of New Mexico should have access to the same quality of dentistry as our neighboring states.
