Our Story

We get asked all the time if NAPA Family Dental is a nod to California’s wine country, and while we love a good story, our name is even more personal! It's a special secret we're happy to share: NAPA is a heartfelt tribute to Dr. Antani’s parents, using their initials to honor the foundation they gave. It’s a warm reminder that when you're with us, you're not just a patient—you're part of our dental family.

Meet Our Doctor

Dr. K. Antani

Dr. Antani was inspired by his mother, who has been in the dental field for more than 20 years, and he knew at the age of 12 that dentistry was his calling.

After completing a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and then a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Antani matriculated and graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and subsequently completed a one year hospital-based general practice residency. Winning the coveted New York Academy of Dentistry Ethics Award has been one of the highlights of his career.

Dr. Antani believes in patient-centric care; providing diagnosis, advice, and treatment based on what is best for our patients long term. The goal is to guide them into not just fixing teeth or gums, but to help them understand the mouth-body connection.

In New Mexico since 2015, Dr. Antani has worked in Roswell, Los Lunas, Rio Rancho, and in Albuquerque. Along with private citizens patients, Dr. Antani has also worked with Indian Health Services and the Veterans’ Administration by welcoming their patients into his practice.

In 2018, Dr. Antani provided free implants in Mexico and, as a result, won an award for Top 40 Under 40 from the Albuquerque Business Journal. From the same organization, NAPA Family Dental was awarded a Best Places to Work Award in 2022. In 2023, Group Dentistry Now and HR For Health awarded Dr. Antani’s organization received an award for “Emerging Groups to Watch” based on their philanthropy and commitment to the community.

In 2025, Albuquerque The Magazine took a poll of the local dental community and Dr. Antani was awarded Top General Dentist!

Dr. Antani is a fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists, a member of the New Mexico Dental Association where he mentors students and other dentists, a member of the American Dental Association, one of only a handful of American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine qualified dentists in New Mexico, and a member of the American Association of Sleep Medicine.

To Dr. Antani, continuing education is very important and a life-long endeavor.

Dr. Antani believes that all New Mexico residents should have access to the same quality of dental care as those in neighboring states.

Miranda, Dental Assistant

Being from Colorado, Miranda loves all things snow-related. Snowboarding is a favorite pastime, along with hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and puppies.

Monica, Dental Assistant

Monica was born and raised in Roswell, NM, where she first found her love for dentistry. She is an athlete and loves volleyball and hiking. Her passion for seeing patients is evolving into a career in dental hygiene, for which she is in school right now!

Ashley, care coordinator

Ashley is one of our scheduling coordinators and handles the important task of answering our weekend phone calls. She has been in the dental field since 2014, first as a dental assistant, then a marketing assistant, and now has found her talents expanded into scheduling. She is a native of New Mexico, with 3 boys, a husband, and a dog to fill her free time. She also loves hunting and fishing.

Jacque Le, RDH, BSDH

Jacque Le is a Registered Dental Hygienist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in May 2024. She is passionate about patient education and believes that understanding oral health is key to achieving long-term wellness. Known for her gentle touch, thorough care, and approachable personality, Jacque strives to create a calm, comfortable experience for every patient she sees. She takes pride in building trust with patients and enjoys empowering them with the tools and knowledge they need to take charge of their dental health. Outside of the office, Jacque is a proud dog mom to a playful Golden Retriever and loves spending her time reading, running, and staying active.

Madelyn, Dental Assistant

Madelyn is a certified dental assistant who is passionate about creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every patient. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute in March 2024, where she earned her dental assistant certification through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).

Madelyn has been with NAPA Family Dental ever since, committed to ensuring every visit runs smoothly and efficiently. From setting up rooms and sterilizing instruments to assisting during procedures and educating patients on oral care, she takes pride in the details that contribute to a great dental experience. Madelyn’s goal is to help each patient feel at ease while supporting a high standard of care. Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and two kitties, going to the gym, painting, and playing video games.

Miriam, Dental Assistant

Miriam is from Los Angeles, California, but has been living in New Mexico since 2015. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute, Albuquerque campus, in 2020. Miriam has been a dental assistant since graduating, and has been loving every minute of it. She’s passionate about patient care and supporting a smooth, comfortable dental experience. Outside of work, Miriam loves spending time with family and friends, as well as exploring new spots around town.

Verenice, Office Manager

With over 14 years of experience in the dental field, Verenice is a seasoned and bilingual Dental Office Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients from all backgrounds. Verenice leads our dental team with organization, empathy, and purpose. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and strategic planning. These are skills she applies daily to ensure smooth office operations, efficient scheduling, insurance coordination, and high-quality patient experiences.

Born and raised in Colorado, Verenice is a proud mother of three beautiful girls. Outside of the office, she’s an outdoorsy soul who loves hiking, exploring nature, and traveling to experience new cultures and places. Her passion for growth, both personally and professionally, continues to drive her commitment to excellence in dentistry and beyond.
